All Chalfonts u3a members will benefit from:

• Free monthly members meetings with speakers on a wide variety of topics followed by refreshments
• Access to nearly over 70 locally based interest groups on a wide variety of subjects*
• A monthly Chalfonts u3a Newsletter detailing all our local u3a news and events
• An invitation to a new members coffee morning
• Receive the national Third Age Trust magazine each month
• Access to events organised on a regional basis by the Thames Valley network of u3as- for example, talks by subject experts, or visits (http://u3atvnetwork.org.uk/) and the national programme of u3a (https://www.u3a.org.uk/learning/national-programmes)
• Access to volunteering opportunities, within our u3a, covering a range of skills and activities to help make Chalfontsu3a even more successful

*(Note: Outings and trips. The annual subscription helps Chalfonts u3a to function but does not cover costs for putting on some interest group events like, for example, trips to the theatre, excursions etc. When members participate in these events there will be an additional charge as required.

Room Hire. You can participate in many of our regular interest groups meeting in people’s homes, or at the Community Centre for no additional charge. For groups who meet weekly or fortnightly at the Leisure Centre or Community Centre, members will be asked to pay a small contribution towards the room hire costs of the group.)
