UNIVERSITY OF THE THIRD AGE
To prepare us mentally and physically for the day ahead
To improve breathing and increase energy by practicing Yoga
To improve balance and posture
Every Tuesday for a six week course which may be repeated as many times as the member wishes to participate.
All are welcome as everyone works to their own level with no undue stresses and strains put on our bodies. No previous experience is needed.
Yoga mat and towel initially. A yoga block may be required at a later date.
